Completion of Certification for
Annual Disaster Service Worker Training

• You will be notified by email from the Independent Study Program Office in approximately 48 hours after completing the Final Exam on-line.

• Forward a copy of your email confirmation with certificate to
  BPTU@ochca.com. 

It is very important to confirm you completion of NIMS by forwarding your confirmation email to BPTU@ochca.com.

A copy of your certificate should be given to your manager.
