   Step 1: Print the test questions.

• Click IS800FinalExam.pdf for the test Questions

• Study student material.  Click here.

   Step 2: Complete the Course

• Go to the FEMA website http://emilms.fema.gov/

• Select  the course:

IS-800.B National Response Plan (NRP), An Introduction

   Step 3: Take the Test

• At the conclusion of the on-line course select the Test and after completing the TEST submit your contact information to FEMA.

  Step 4: Notify BPTU of Successful Completion of Test.

• Forward a copy of the congratulatory email that includes your certificate from FEMA to the Bioterrorism Preparedness Training Unit at BPTU@ochca.com.
